This approach has already impacted over 5.2 million lives across three key areas: corporate health (providing solutions for blue-collar populations within corporate value chains), community health (focusing on maternal, child, and sexual & reproductive health in last-mile rural settings), and consumer health (facilitating health awareness and bringing essential healthcare services and products directly to the masses).
Through the accelerator, doctHERs tested and piloted the delivery of AI-supported healthcare journeys for women and blue-collar populations; validated localized AI-enabled care pathways for underserved communities; and integrated these journeys with Client Management Services and doctHERs’ Electronic Medical Record, with certified multimodal verification ensuring user data remains secure and accessible only to the user.

WhatsApp Doc: The Integrated Healthcare Hub
Replacing traditional helplines, doctHERs' comprehensive chat and AI-powered digital health hub on WhatsApp offers effortless access to all health services—from registration and appointment booking to understanding claims, ordering medicines, and managing follow-ups. Users interact with AI agents, escalating to live operators for complex needs. Crucially, the system was designed to ensure a truly personalized, humanized healthcare experience, mirroring doctHERs' coordinated care model where patients remain at the center and can focus on their well-being. This hub also cut administrative time for providers, boosting efficiency and empowering them to focus on direct patient care.
Multilingual Voice-Enabled AI
doctHERs piloted multilingual AI with robust voice support, specifically for low-income communities. It overcomes reading, writing, and literacy barriers, allowing users independent healthcare access via their preferred local languages and voice commands. Successfully tested with over 4,000 rural women and 100 frontline health workers, this innovation freed up frontline health workers from administrative tasks to focus on community engagement, unlocking immense possibilities to scale across last-mile communities.
