You'll be the force multiplier that enables our Head of Product to focus on strategy and vision while you handle the operational excellence that turns ideas into shipped features. If you're passionate about creating order from chaos, love data-driven decision making, and want to be the delivery  hero behind successful product launches, we want to hear from you.

This is a part-time contractor role for 6 months. Ideally you are located in the GMT+1 to 3 hours timezone to maximise coordination across our global product team.

Sounds like the next role for you? Apply with your resume and cover letter telling us why you're interested in working with us.

  • Coordinate product delivery of 3 to 4 small squads consisting of engineers and designers.
  • Improve internal documentation and knowledge-sharing across teams
  • Drive capacity planning initiatives to optimize resource allocation
  • Coordinate product releases and launches between Head of Product and Product Marketing Manager

  • Collect, organize, and analyse product data to enable data-driven decision making
  • Monitor product usage patterns and user behaviour through comprehensive data analysis
  • Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for internal metrics (deployment velocity, cycle time, etc.)
  • Provide insights that help Product leadership make informed product decisions

What We're Looking For

You love to get things done and orchestrate a technical team to perform at their best.

  • 3-5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, business analysis or similar role. Ideally in a SaaS environment.
